Oven baked rice and sausage with spices and greenery… Like parsley and celery and so on…
It’s perfectly fluffy rice… I’m so proud…
Breakfast was vanilla skyr with frozen blueberries and chocolate hazelnut granola which I can’t seem to get enough of:

My phone doesn’t white balance well with bright overhead lighting.

Bowl of steamed broccoli, red bell pepper, mushrooms and mock chicken on top of kale and tomato and liberal amounts of whole-milk mozzarella layered within.
Cheese is such a magical ingredient sometimes.(Almost all the time)
It would only be better if it were smoked whole-milk mozzarella… hmm… I’ll have to visit the store tomorrow…
