It’s a felony now in California if you lose a firearm and don’t report it with 5 days. Same with if it’s stolen. Someone in Sacramento heard about all these boating accidents and made a law against it.
I was in a goddamn boating accident! My hospital stay was longer than 5 days. Assholes.
