Thatās a new one for me. As a Californian I turned in all the āassault riflesā I had in January. But my bows are unregistered. That is my cheap one. My nice one is locked in a hard shell case in the closet.

Nope. I turned in two registered cheap $40 lowers. Then went to the gun store and spent $3K on a Springfield M1A, a stack of mags and a case of .308. Put a good scope on it and sighted it in for 300 yards. The MIA is a much better rifle anyways.

Well, thatās one way to do it. I still love the AR platform. Itās not perfect, for sure, but itās damn good.
