it's a serve cold meal, sometimes there's ice in the broth, you add vinegar and mustard to it to suit your taste

Actually Thyme is good fit for all meats - pork, chicken or beef... Also work well with rosemary combo... I don't really eat seafood...
Italian seasoning has all those things but with basil too.
I am using basil for tomatoes if I use them.
