Half way thru a late night snack of strawberries and cheddar and gouda cheese. The strawberries are a little tart and the cheese counters that.
Took it from work. It’s really foking good… Stone baked, unlike many places, that use iron trays, also has a semolina crust… The dough, when spread into the pizza shape, is rolled in semolina, and when baked that gets extra crispy, so the crust is insanely nice…
Now have a cake… When people ask you, you just had strawberry cheese cake…

Im wondering how long it will be till that is literally the case with water soluable wrappers that have the flavouring built in, so just just throw the whole thing in the water and wait.
My breakfast ususally with this addition of an aero mint brownie too.
Ham and cheese toasted, large latte, brownie and then mint one too.
Made some meatballs, fried them, then poached them in tomato sauce…
