German Oven Pancakes followed by Dr Pepper cake, yesterday.
Yesterday I made cheese ravioli with cheese sauce. I had some pasta dough and sauce left, so I made tagliatelle out of the dough and used the sauce, added some garlic and mushrooms and voila…
The fresh tagliatelle look like guts though…
So is all of the pasta that you post on here homemade?
Not really… I learned how to make pasta dough like a few weeks ago. Most of the pasta is store bought and cooked by me, but ravioli and today’s tagliatelle are home made…

Not really… Pasta dough takes sooooo much time and work… And I mean crazy amount of work to make it properly thin… And you can’t really skimp on it, cause thick pasta is never a good thing… And I roll it by hand, with a rolling pin, not really one of those
I understand completely. I’ve been having chocolate hazelnut granola and vanilla skyr for desserts lately…
Pan fried some bacon, mushrooms, chicken, garlic and added cream…
Grated some cheese on top. Turned out pretty well, although I should have fried the bacon more.
