What makes good barbeque is a fine cut of meat, and the delicate process of preparing each cut in a way that benefits its taste and texture. Takes years of experience to get it right.

Sauce is a cover up for rancid poorly cooked meat.

Alton Brown is a boss anyway.

Not the best chowder, not sure if it’s my favorite bread bowl either. The place I go to in Morro Bay has a really good toasted and buttered bowl. This was definitely the best sourdough bowl I’ve had though.
