@anon43920604 BBQ.
The abundance of the nations best bbq in one area makes choosing difficult, but never disappointing. If I were rich, I’d eat bbq every day.
Make it yourself, you can eat it everyday without being rich.
What makes good barbeque is a fine cut of meat, and the delicate process of preparing each cut in a way that benefits its taste and texture. Takes years of experience to get it right.
Sauce is a cover up for rancid poorly cooked meat.
Alton Brown is a boss anyway.
Pastitsio with multiple types of cheese on top and gorgeous bechamel… Probably the best bechamel I have ever made…
I finally tried in and out this year. Not bad. I now make a point to get some when in San Antonio.
Happy bbday.
Not the best chowder, not sure if it’s my favorite bread bowl either. The place I go to in Morro Bay has a really good toasted and buttered bowl. This was definitely the best sourdough bowl I’ve had though.
