Moxie... I thought I was the only one!

Some nice coffee or tea and some subway.

Pretzels, cucumbers, rasberries, colly flour, dried tuna, buffalo jerky, honest aid drink, coffee, cape pops, and most of the time nothing because I'm too focused on the game to eat or drink.

Mostly fuit, apples, oranges, lemons or sometimes dark chocolate.

Large bag of doritos, some soda, Red Bull/Rip It/Monster, and flavored water.

Philly cheese steak, sandwichitos, jerky, or some fruits.  to drink: water, random fruit juices, or some smirnoff

This may seem weird but noodles mainly cup ramen and Korean delivery jaja myung (black bean noodles)

Monster energy (the blue one) tall can, and sandwiches or fruit.  It has to be clean and easily handled. Plenty of carbs. Pb&j is a good one.

Anyone use nootropic supplements to increase cognitive function?

Joe Rogan Markets the shit out of alpha brain on his podcast. https://www.onnit.com/alphabrain/#research

Every episode I spend 5 minutes listening to him talk about the stuff. Haven’t tried it but at least his website offers a research page for it. If you're really worried about cognitive performance, try to follow the food pyramid and take a multivitamin every day before spending $1+ per pill.

Looking at the ingredient use of alpha brain you'll see Vitamin B6, b-complex vitamins (L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine) from milk, green tea extracts (L-Theanine), non-essential amino acids (L-Tyrosine) from dairy products, and Phosphatidylserine (extracted from soybeans or cabbage). The other ingredients are reported to increase mental capacity by increasing brain metabolism, blood flow and DNA repairing. https://www.onnit.com/alphabrain/#ingredients-use

No statement made on any of their ingredients have been evaluated by the FDA. See the light grey text at the very last line on the webpage: https://www.onnit.com/alphabrain/
