Because the animation is bad and completely lacks the feel of the manga
Overall it looks like it will be a mediocre adaptation at best.

First season did complete. Second season seems gud so far
God damn. Just finished up Irozoku. Jesus what a trip those last few episodes were. Glad I watched it.
