I have never ever seen a stock/reference cooled card in person.
Yet still, reviewers treat it like stock is the only option.
Me to never saw a ref card irl, butt when al Nv cards clock about the same they rave about the custom card “superb” cooler design. while in the end they al clock the same, got my 1080Ti under water and find the “overclocking” on Nv mehh the board decides the clock. The 290x was a game of seeking the limmit yourself, now i just max the sliders and done.

That pcb looks interesting.
Want to take a closer look at that. 
First review on my sudsciptions to actually test Titan V for its purpose and its pretty impressive. Still missing Tensor testing, which I expect will be just as impressive.
