hold shift and mash F8 after the POST (the bios logo screen) it should get you in advanced options and there is a menu for start up configs and you should be able to start windows 10 in safe mode
After we resinstall your drivers. Your monitor is likely that is the issue. The ROG swifts of that particular monitor. ITS NOTORIOUS for being super shitty interms of reliability. This is an extremely well known issue. Great monitor the 1 in a 1000000 time it works

IF @ShadowReflex you cant get into the safe mode. just move your display to another port on the video card and the settings for the display should reset
IF ALL this fails you have to reinstall windows. There is literally nothing you can do. You shit it down when it went black and that was AN EXTREMly bad move as now the drivers think it was a valid setting
Do you have a 1080P TV or whatnot?
Maybe you could connect your pc to that and fire some games.
Then you might able to check if its something related to the monitor.
His system is apparently fucked so I do not think there is much we can do. I hope he is able to fix it so we can see if its the monitor or not.
