Their website asked to input the model number, serial number and my address and country. They said they only service in English which is lucky for me.
In Japan many of the stores try really hard to sell extended shop warranty and sometimes it includes accidental damage. I cannot understand well how this works, never bought any of those. Same goes for literally all Apple stuff they sell here.
