If you can get to rabb.it you can create an account which gives you control of an emulated browser (essentially remote control). That might let you register while at work. :)
Correct, week 3 is regular BYOC registration and registration is open until it either closes or they sell out of badges. For this level of badges that will take a while. I personally am just going for a higher tier badge which is roughly 1/10th the supply, so I'm just getting excited a bit earlier. ;)
