Woah, you telling me that a SaaS for my e-mail traffic is unsafe and can potentially read my messages if I don’t use GnuPG?
(Also yeah, don’t expect marketing departments and support to act like humans)

Fastmail is pretty nice. Just the other day I reported a bug in text search for long plaintext emails and they’ve sent it through to devs to get fixed. Besides that, really solid service, can’t complain at all.
