that would depend on the fan cfm/pressure you would need to test or have alot of info to know ahead of time

It depends from how many bottlenecks you have between the adapters and the bends you have in the tube. It is something you will probably have to figure out yoloing it, it is not that straightforward to calculate beforehand without an engineer on hand
