I love Fedora. So stable.Much wow.
Kali as a desktop OS, prepare yourself for the hate from the security folks
Kali is very secure, and just has pen testing tools loaded.
No reason to get hate.
I thought the cool kids used Tails?
this machine is has given me ~10 years of service and still going
I’m using my second hand desktop currently. Thinking about getting a small GPU, or building a Linux gaming computer later this year.
For some reason, it was incredibly annoying to get the iGPU and A770 working together in Linux. I have a 2nd “portable OLED” mounted under my main screen that I wanted to be able to run with a single Type-C cable (I miss the Type-C ports on GPUs for Displayport). A bunch of kernel parameters later, and it just started working with the one that enables the A770 to work in the first place. No idea what was stopping it before.
Not bad, but way short of the record.
Yes, but there’s a badge for 1+ year of uptime on a system. It’s called Reliable.

I try to catch all the 1y+ neoflex, but I don’t always get them. Call em out if you see em!
No way I am getting this without a proper UPS…
