Spanish rice as I remember my mom making about 40 years ago. The recipes i googled use spanish rice as a side dish. My moom added various meats to make ot a full meal. Different things i remember are bacon, and or hamburger, and or sausage meat, and or shrimps, and or chicken…you get the idea. I think it was a basic clean out the fridge type recipe.
One of the pics is of salsa. Use that if you’re in a hurry instead of canned tomatoes and veggies.

made another cheese sauce recipe based off kenjis recepie for the potatoes and a mushroom bacon cheese sauce and i got sharp chedder this time and threw in the leftover mexican/colby. sorta similar to loaded up cheese fries but no deep frying required and everything cooked on sheet pans so everything’s cooked in bacon grease with bacon bits on it and mushroom bits on the potatoes too. this is the fullest i have felt in a long long time couldnt stop eating long term this will give you a heart attack but its sooooo good

1lb ribeye - Cooked on the smoker - which doesn’t get hot enough to do a sear. Especially in the middle of winter in Minnesota.

I left it on a little too long. The middle of the steak was still within ‘acceptable’ doneness, but the outer part of the steak was even more done with basically no pink on a few bites. Still tasted good over all though.

One pic is ham shank and potatoes, and the veggie Is celery root. First time ive tried celery root, it was kind of bland but ok. Will eat it again.

Other is of a savoury tea biscuit, with bacon, white cheddar, and chives. Turned out really good.

Pork, rice and veggies in tomato sauce.
It’s not some marvel of culinary arts, but it’s tasty and easy.

made tuscan chicken. somewhere between a alfredo and tomato based pasta. spinach, chicken, red bell and hungarian peppers, onion, tomato, milk, and a whole wedge of parm.

bit of oil on the noodles tossed to coat and keep from sticking and clumping waiting for the sauce to be ready

still cooking down and thickening

all done

its ok but its sorta like everything pizza meets cream of tomato soup in pasta form. lot going on but maybe too much? or not enough? idk its good but not 10/10

make a kenji lopez alt recipe with chicken, sausage, cabbage, onion, pepper, carrot, celery, and potato. pan frying then oven with liquid which cooks down, the potato’s not quite done in the center of maybe 10% so still waiting to eat but its smells amazing and its very similar to other chicken and veggie bakes i have done.

I made a vegetarian chili for supper the other night. It turned out tasty and is even better several days later. I didn’t get lots of pics as I had company at the time. The trick I use to get a substitute for ground meat is to use brown rice and over cook it.

Is that legal in Bulgaria?

Also, the food looks like something I’d wanna make myself.

Shush you…
I think it is as long as we don’t sell it.

Super simple and lazy. If I had time and will and materials I could make it much better, but I lazied out. It’s just meat and peas and some sauce to bind them all together…

That’s even better! What sauce did you use?

I’m sorry, my curiosity will easily overwhelm me :zipper_mouth_face:

Edit: Also, I changed my profile picture again, I’m that German Person who didn’t have one at first.
