Beer braised beef, egg, and swiss cheese “breakfast” sandwich (+beer)
The beef was leftover roasted chuck from the other night that I reheated by braising it with beer. Nothing really special about the eggs or cheese. English muffin was toasted in the pan with butter after I braised the beef. Some serrano hot sauce for a touch of heat.

English muffin with sunnyside up eggs and cured prosciutto, goat cheese and black wax Parmesan slices. Herbs all over eggs on a muffin. Iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk.

Polenta with cheese
If you look closely you should be able to see the cheese cubes showing over the polenta…
I also have some curry pasta and some meat and cheese polenta…
I think I will start with the curry and move on from there …
