Ramen?
Not even close… Well, pork based broth, but nothing like tonkotsu broth.
There are noodles in there, there’s meat, there are veggies, there is broth …
I’m pretty sure that clasiffies as a Ramen…
Rice noodles, vietnamese name is Hu tieu.
