i do see a weird thing in your screenshot.
the ping you do too google.com pings to an internal router ip adress 192.168.99.2.
That is a bit weird.
How is your network setup?

Are you behind more routers? or modem with router functionality + dedicated router?
I don't have a router at all. I only have an Ethernet port in my dorm. I'm in college so I don't have access to the router. It does not matter anymore, though, because I contacted IT at my college and found out it was a problem on their end that prevent me from connecting to the internet. Thanks for all the help guys!
