Damn it, was caught up with work and missed the stream. Sounds like if networking is your thing, then grabbing a CCNP in e.g. routing and switching or whatever is interesting to you should be a good way to land a decent non-senior role. You could probably find various prep/learning material online and save cash and time preparing at home.

I have a bad habit of just streaming when I feel like it, and most of the time it is not scripted and there is no format, not yet anyway, that’s because I would not manage all the work myself, and I like to work thing out and feel if people see one person struggle to do or not do something then there is room to learn, I am thinking off weekend streams, Linux, cisco and Blender+ue4/5. . . once I get better hard ware I will start doing more. . . till then am just wating on numbers going up. . . this Leeds me back to the pear support thing. . need people to be like hay why not do this or this. . .
