yeah, this is a street use. no track at this point
Gonna be honest power stops don’t hold up my better. True big break kit conversions are worth the money
Power stop is like el cheapo performance break.
Speaking from experience here st cat meet ups people would warp them hella easy
But if your not a maniac might be fine lol
Oh sweet still had the tint and full deal. That’s nice. I like the wheels because I won’t worry about damaging those. They are popoh rims
I take it front tints aren’t legal in your state down to rear levels?
Pretty much this. Just clean them well.
They get a lot of build up in there. It gets worse with drilled or slotted rotors where more dust comes off the pads. Once clean and the caliper pins greased and everything is free flowing… They work like new. I haven’t had calipers go. Just rotors and pads.
Make sure you keep those systems bled and clean with DOT 4 synthetic if its the newer gen Fords
Nope
Gay lol. Well can you do anything light that blocks heat
Yep. Ill be replacing that caliper entirely. I dont want to prematurely replace pads agaon.
I’m telling you man its usually solved with a simple cleaning. But I guess new is new
Sauce: worked fleet mechanic/maintenance during school
Nobody else makes kits for the fpiu. It’s already got double piston calipers on the front, with a vented hat.
There’s no conversion kit?
No BBK brembo upgrade?
note to self never buying an interceptor
Brembo doesn’t even have pads for it
That’s like. Electric supercharger level gay
The interceptor already has heavy duty brakes stock.
Then why did you roll EBCs?
Im still using stock calipers.
The rotors and pads gonna be changed.
Only replacing the driver side front caliper
Bought some Fuchs oil for my Peugeot, anybody here used it before?
Mobil no longer sells the one i was using before…
Well if the oil just meets the specs that are in the maintance manual.
Then it should be fine.
Never heard of the said brand.
but it shouldn´s really much as long as it meets specs.
