How is this a negative? Furthermore, it doesn’t address the point the OP was making. This isn’t an “issue” for Windows 10.

Until someone can come up with any actual evidence, I’m calling this a wash. I’ve installed windows on 3 different machines this week and saw nothing of the sort. Fake news has been called.
