Did you try taking everything out of it to see what it does? Guess the water cooling would make that a pain

Removed the ram
Removed the gpu
Tried mem ok
Tried reset
Tried Main power kill
Its an x99 so no gpu equal no screen

But the led bios indicator never leaves status 00

If the CPU fan does spin and still 00, then it looks like a CPU issue.
What you can also try is testing a different power supply. If still no
go, then you's know for sure that it's the CPU.

PC has been working for like months?
I was just chilling in Skyrim and it went poof

In theory I should get a postcode on the little indicator if I remove the CPU all together and try to reboot

Koolace qdc non drip my ass

Unplug 2 qdc to renove the cpu block and it shoots jizz rite on the back of my gpu
Used my shirt to dab it dry

I cant seem to locate any dual bios type switch
I will have to CPU out in a minute to test booting the board with nothing attached is a code other than 0 0

Update,
Put the cmos battery back in
Put gpu bacl in to see if the monitor wouls kick on
Tried to boot
Held finger against the cpu to check for temperature

No screen
No post
No beeps
Code 00
And it felt like no change in cpu temperature

Have you inspected your loop/motherboard for leaks? Seems weird it up and died. I'd be looking for burn marks or damaged componentry at this point.
