I had this behaviour with Linux too, especially when the multipliers were set to high, or the VCC (Vcore) too low.

I’m running my i7-13700K @ 5.5 Ghz currently, with no E-cores active. Seems to be ok.
Yeah, it was clearly off-topic. Although there are PMs (I think).
I have even made a topic for this Infinite loading screen. New system to blame?
