yeah but that’s if you want to be healthy
healthy is expensive
this is pretty much how I’ve eaten for the past 3 years

You do realize that Sunny D is mostly water and corn syrup right?
I eat a shit ton of fast food myself i’m guilty of way too much grease but I have a lot of variety in my diet and that’s important.
true, but it’s not worse than soda
or is it?
because soda is WAY cheaper than sunny D
Why wouldn’t you want to be healthy? I don’t understand. Proper diet can do more than shrink your wasteline. Long term health effects are based heavily on diet. As is your skin, eyesight, energy, hair and even mood/personality. Eat better and you will feel better.
Healthy does not have to be expensive and it can taste good. It requires more effort yes but it is worth it.
it’s about just as bad with some added vitamins.
They are both horrible for you and you should drink them in moderation.
You know what is way healthier and cheaper than both of those? Water.
well I already take vitamens so I guess I’ll save some money and switch to soda
Or water… Kidney stones aren’t fun. Tea is also good for you.
I drink that at work as well, its free
It is free at your house too or if you do pay a water bill way cheaper than SunnyD per ounce. Since I know you love that .
The Lounge has become the rehabilitate @GigaBusterEXE thread.
I don’t pay for the water, and I do drink water here too just not as much since I’m not sweating there unlike my manual labor job, I’m not going to drink water with my meal
Then drink real juice, or iced tea (like tea you make with tea bags not more ready made shit)… Tons more options. too many to list.
Everything in moderation.
real juice is expensive and I’m not a fan tea, I’d rather drink water if all I had was tea
Then drink water eat fruit (more than bananas) get some protein, get variety even if it’s a shitty variety because your diet is pretty bad. carrots are pretty cheap i think
healthy is great and all but I’d rather have electricity, I like being sane
Real juice isn’t expensive…
64oz of Sunny D at my local supermarket costs $2.49.
64oz of generic 100% apple juice costs $2.29.
I’ll see if its that cheap at my walmart but a lot of them I saw were like 3~4$
I’d rather have something other than apple juice, all the apple juice I’ve ever drank had a bad after taste and did terrible things to my guts
Look harder. Look for sales and coupons.
Look at other stores. Walmart generally has pretty crappy prices on groceries.
The apple juice was just a generic thing. There are tons of different kinds and mixes all for similar prices. Just look.
Either way I’d pay $1 more and not risk Type 2 diabetes
And you do realize there are lots of other drinks out there yes?
