I talked to one of the minions of my ISP and they said that their connection doesen’t support the bridged option. My knowledge of networks is not that wide so I can’t say if they’re BSing me or not. My sixth sense is telling me that they are.
If it’s just a matter of firmware I’ll try to get in the Telnet console and find out how to enable it.
Could be a partial truth to that. Not network related but firmware related.

So my sixth sense guided me correctly. They’re just blocking this feature on their router. The guy I spoke to didn’t even know what I was talking about so I didn’t insist too much. I need to figure out how to circumvent that issue. Maybe even talk to the manufacturer and ask for a firmware update to unlock the feature.
