Does anyone know where in BIOS can I enable NUMA mode?
You can set the NUMA nodes exposed in: Advanced → ACPI Configuration → NUMA Nodes Per Socket. Set the NPS count to however many chiplets you have. I have a 5975WX and NPS4 correctly shows the nodes in numactl --hardware.
