The AppleTV app is on TVOS, MacOS, Roku, FireTV, and a bunch of smart TVs from Samsung, LG, and Vizio. It isn’t on AndroidTV, Windows, Linux, or the web.
I do think a website is pretty likely, though.

If they could tie it to an Apple account, you could use it anywhere as you don’t need an apple device to create an account

iOS 13 btw is very good, lots of new things on the iPad if you’ve not already used it.

The current look at the ipad is kinda meh, I’m far too locked in to using a window manager of some sort, I can’t deal with the full screen applications.

The old low-end iPad started at $269, I believe. So they raised the price quite a lot.

My window manager on linux is all full screen applications.
But iOS 13 has pop in apps, split screen, etc.
One configuration just as an example
