Not something so specific but a lot of them fall under the “Josei” demographic (targeted towards women from older teens to 30s).
Usagi Drop is a prime example of exactly what you’re after… but it gets a little weird towards the end.
Oh yeah, forgot about that, yeah I have heard of the ending. Hearing of it doesn’t bother me too much. Guess it will depend on the weight left behind from the characters.
There was Papakikinasai but that was fairly short from what I recall. Although the reality of the situation was thrown out and seems to have been added as a minor detail instead of a major plot point. My guess is that the guy stepping in did not want them to hear of the news.

30 year old guy adopts 6 year old girl because her father (his grandfather but not really) passed away and her mother left her to pursue a career as a manga artist. Cuteness ensues. Fast forward 10 years, girl finds out that the dude’s grandpa isn’t really her dad and decides she wants to marry her adoptive dad (or at least have his babies). I’m not sure if the series ends before it happens, but all clues point to it happening - it is legal, after all.

Listen to me girls I’m your father was also awesome and the OVAs were also kinda weird but were an awesome ending to it, it has more feels than usagi drop but despite that, I think usagi drop is better

He also marries one of the girls he was a guardian for, though the age difference isn’t too much as one was in high school iirc and he was in college

Just go to Manga Gamer, they have organize it better and sometimes have cheaper prices than steam.
There is also a service like steam called Nataku but I never installed it. Got to make an account too. Was too lazy at the time lol.
Started watching Touken Ranbu - Hanamaru, seems okay so far. It seems like a show that is major Fujoshi bait though, coworker might enjoy it.
