Air Cooled Threadripper system in a slim mATX 7.9L case. Will this work?

Hello all, I need to see if this left field idea works.

Basic Questions
Budget: £2200
Where do you live: UK
Do you need or already have peripherals? Yes
Use case: Semi-portable small form factor workstation system. Designed to be used for image software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Design/Affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher. May be used for light motion graphics work in the future. Gaming is not the main priority. A laptop would be more sane, but I’ve been down the portable SFF route for a number of years now.
The system will be paired with a Wacom Cintiq pro 13/16.
I have no intention of overclocking.

The Idea
I was discussing the idea of building a Threadripper system in the CEMO M1, a 7.9L MATX SFF case, out of curiosity and turns out there is an TR4/SP3 air cooler that might work with it, the Dynatron A26 which is rated for 180W. If you see the case there are two 80mm fan slots that are positioned very close to where the cpu cooler would be mounted. I would be using two 80mm x 15mm Noctua fans (to be on sale later this year). Furthermore I would also be replacing the 60mm fan on the Dynatron A26 with a more quiet Noctua 60mm fan, the NF-A6x25 PWM. The theory is the hot air from the CPU would be pushed towards the two top 80mm fans and sent out from there.

The idea sounds bonkers, I know, but I want to see if makes sense hence why I am presenting it to you. If it doesn’t, I have an idea for a more sane Ryzen system. But if it does, then it shall be amazing.

Thank you for your time!

I have my TR (only 1950x) in a Cerberus case (18.725L)

Wouldn’t go smaller imo, also would prob just wait for 16/12 core AM4 at this point since you wont be using the lanes
