After Killing Your Console Do You Think you could ever go Back?

I killed my Console a Couple of Days Ago and Start Gaming on PC. I Modded the Hell out of Skyrim with the ENB and Graphical Mods. it was an such an experience that left me in awe. I've gamed on xbox for about 6 years now. my xbox live is about to run out in a week. after experiencing the graphical beauty of PC Games I've decided i could never go back to xbox. or just consoles in general.

When you first saw the Graphical Beauty of Games on PC for yourself. did you think you could go back to consoles. assuming you played it and gamed on the PC Gaming Platform?

I could never go back to consoles fully. But I have a PS3 in my lounge, and I occasionally fire up Gran Tourismo on it, which is quite fun.

I tried to go back once but it killed me. So I decided never to try again.

I go back for Forza and gta online

I play on XBOX whenever my friends are playing Halo, but I can barely do it because controllers suck for fps games and I can't stand playing at 25fps.  Never going to back to console.

PCs and consoles have always done very different tasks for me.......

To me, this whole "Kill Your Console" vibe on this forum baffles me.

i know whenever i play on my ps3 i can see the difference straight away but they can still be good fun. I do miss my keyboard tho!!!

Most of us never "killed" our consoles. I grew up with both PC and console. Once computer power and ease of use got to a certain point, I had little need for a physical console. My consoles live in the form of emulators now and future generations don't interest me; unless Nintendo quit focusing on cheap gimmicks and unrewarding gameplay and join us in this decade.

I couldn't go back to console. I grew up with PC and console, but the new consoles are just a money pit. When you think about what you're paying for and what you get in return, they are not worth it. Paying a high price for a game with fewer assets, in comparison to the PC variant; paying for the membership to unlock multiplayer, which should be free. They try to monetise every aspect of their systems. Consoles appear to be a value product, and it's the complete opposite.

Only problem I have is that I cannot play some sports games on PC. Not fussed about other console exclusives. Most of them appear to be corridor shooters.

could never fully revert back. Everything the previous post said =D. Its expensiv, in the long run i get much more bang for my buck on a pc. And i feel connecting with a community on pc is easier............
Not to mention graphics r badass =] i would only ever get a console for any exceptionally badass or nastalgic games. Like halo which i grew up on, or, hopefully, destiny proves to b bad ass enough......but in the end.. Pc.. Always pc....

It's too difficult on the PS3 to find stuff on the store.  Plus it's so incredibly slow loading and switching apps.  And the Xbox UI was laughable, loud advertisements everywhere.

i tried to go back to the 360 but i felt like i was going to throw up after about an hour of halo 4

Besides handhelds, no I don't want to go back. I have everything I need in a home computing/gaming/school device right here. PC is now my preferred platform.
