Zenith 2 Extreme Alpha - Linux Sensors Drivers

Hi,

I am new to this forum, I got to know about this last year in-fact

I am using Zenith 2 Extreme Alpha and Manjaro build for work and though using modded bios I am able to control external fan card (I have Li an Li O11 Dynamic XL, with 6 fans) using bios.

But I am still very anxious of temperatures reported by my mother board for chipset. It usually stays between 70 to 80 degrees on windows when ambient temperature is between 28 degrees Celcius to 32 degree celsius.

Now coming to problem, I am not able to figure out what to do show sensors reported by motherboard, lmsensor doesn’t show chipset temperature from my motherboard.

Any sort of help or guidance will be deeply appreciated.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean by that.

  • what’s the exact BIOS-mod? [changing BIOS settings is not a mod  ]
  • Does the O11 Dynamic have a dedicated fan controller box - a fan hub box?

Using a Linux, you could try the package “psensor” (maybe plural?), that should render graphs for most of your mobos sensors.
