I am waiting for b&h to come into stock. I like them absurdly. I bought a 3950x when inventory was fussy and it cost 900 bucks. Then come a week later they lowered the price to 750 (MSRP) and refunded the difference and included the game bundle which they did not do when I bought the item.

they are working on new agesa to assist with this. Iāve had the best luck with 4000 on itx motherboards w/only 2 dimm slots.
not all can do 4000, but 3800 seems good. tech deals got one that can only do 3200, apparently, heās going to try another motherboard later though.

I donāt get why people give into scalpers. Surely you must have another adequate computing device. Just wait till stock is abundant.

Seems my 5900X likes lower VDDG and VDDP by about 50mv compared to my old 3800X to be stable at same memory settings. But go too low and itās unstable again.
900/850 instead of 950/900. This is at 3733 cl16.
Make fake bids to troll these sellers.

@wendell all joking aside it might be time to put some serious thought into how we stop this scalping. Iām not sure if AMD cares, because a sale is a sale to them, but if they do, itās time to step up and show it.
I am all for buying scalper prices and then claim it arrives broke.
