Z77 vs H77 if I don't plan to OC right away

I was originanly planning on getting this Gigabyte MOBO because of the nice price, and Gigabytes BIOS is frkin sweet. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah77md3h but everyone at reddit.com/r/buildapc keeps telling me to get a Z77 chip for easier/better overclocking. I have no plans at all to OC as I'm coming from a 1.8ghz CPU and weather I OC or not, it will still be stinking fast. The only other MOBO I can find that is below $100 and is z77 is this ASRock board: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z77pro3 but it has some pretty bad revies on Newegg. I'm really leaning twords the Gigabyte sence it has such better reviews. Also, I don't think OCing with a i5-3570k and the stock cooler is a great idea. I sersioualy can't afford even a $20 cooler.

What do you guys think? I hope your nicer then /r/buildapc :)

You can't OC on a H77. So if you are getting the i5-3570k then obviously get the Z77. Otherwise get a i5-3570(non k) with an H77.

Drop the board to H77 get a Non-K Series i5 (You won't really notice much if you aren't overclocking) and buy yourself a quality cooler, seriously. The Ivy Bridge i5 and i7s' get really toasty really fast under stock coolers. Hyper 212 EVO is a good recommendation from me. With all of that you could still probably save $10 from the original Z77 and 3570k. (Seriously, a after-market heatsink is going to make this build last longer and overall save you more money over time)
