Would like to hear your oppinion on the whole EU patent court thing.
I live in Denmark, and here we are going to vote on whether our country will be for or against the whole concept.
The funny thing is, there is NO debate at all in danish media and the general idea is that this can only be a good thing. Just about the only argument I've heard a politician make, was that it will be a lot easier for small businesses to expand their patent rights to other EU countries. That way not having to fight in court with other companies when they try and sell their stuff across borders. I see the point, but I feel that there is something they are not telling the public. Or that they generally just do not understand what is going on.
