Xrandr configuring AW15R3 dual display

Hey

I've got AW15R3 laptop with 1060 graphics.
Currently running into an issue, that when I connect external monitors on 16.10 ubuntu gnome, as they simply do not work or are not detected.

Currently installed - nvidia 367.57 proprietary, tested drivers.
Tried connecting screens through:

HDMI -> VGA adapter
HDMI -> DVI
mini displayport -> VGA

on xrandr the screens just do not appear to be connected, here is the output:

me@me:~$ xrandr

Any clue as to how to get this working?

P.S. All of this shit works on windows :(

Digital ports to analog VGA, and vice versa gives alot of problems and honestly i wouldn't count on making it work, even with adapters it's highly volatile from my experiences.
maybe try xrandr -q on one of your monitors, maybe the query could "force" the monitors to reply with it's EDID reply, maybe not, i never got it working on windows atleast and finally just gave up and went the DVI -> DP route.

That would be fine, I don't mind ditching my old VGA screen, but a cable from HDMI to DVI does not work on a different monitor as well...

Oh and the config above is the same for both, when the hdmi->dvi screen is connected and DP->VGA via adapter.
