Essentially most x399 boards come with:
x16
x8
x16
x8
and 3x x4 (m2 or u2)
slot layout.
I’m looking for SIX x8 pci-e slots.
So I need both x16 slots splitted/bifurcated into x8/x8.
Giving me:
x8/x8
x8
x8/x8
x8
Very big problem seems to be to find good x16 splitter for x8/x8 supporting pci-e 3.0 of course.
It seems the x399 Taichi has support for both x16 slots to be bifurcated to x8/x8 each.
Also found a great shop for risers:

Where are you getting the information that the x399 Taichi supports x8x8 mode on the x16 slot?
When I look in the bios I only see an option for x4x4x4x4 mode. I’m running bios version 3.30.
Have you tried the splitter? I’m looking to use my system in a similar configuration so I can support more GPU’s for rendering.
