Quite a Long-shot I am sure, but I wanted to try here and see what turns up.
Anyway, looking for 480p CRT tv's with component input, I only know of sony PVM-20L5 and PVM-14L5. I won't be bumping this thread (expecting there to be zero sellers here since frankly this isn't exactly the place to be looking), and yes I do know I can find them on ebay.
Do know that if you know of any other CRT's that fit the bill I would love to hear of them.
