WRX80 Sage II - no boot, yellow Q-led, codes loop

Had everything connected and tested before a case arrived, ran fine. Sage II mobo, Threadripper Pro 3955WX, 3 x RTX 3090s, 2 NVMEs plugged into mobo slots.

Moved everything into a case, connected GPUs differently, 2 with PCI3 16x rises, and one directly, saw BIOS configuration screen once, wasn’t sure why it came up, did a restart, couldn’t get to a video screen again.

Removed everything including CPU, tried different cables, different power supply. Nothing changes, same LED loop thru.

…, 07 then infinite loop thru:

AԀ > ԀF > 36 > 03 > 95 > ԀE

Able to connect via IPMI web console. No errors no warnings. Took out all NVMEs, unplugged all video cards, can’t get pass this.

Would really appreciate any help. Hopefully I didn’t damage mobo.

Have a video of LED during boot, but forum doesn’t let me include as I’m a noob.

Q-Led is Yellow, which manual says DRAM or green+yellow on BOOT. It doesn’t change though from the moment I turn on power. Have 4 sticks, 2 ECC and 2 Desktop, nothing works, tried 4 different slots too. No changes in error codes. If RAM is removed I get code 27. Which seems to be what’s expected (memory initialization codes).

BIOS upgrade solved the problem.

Those server inspired workstation motherboards are real pain the the back to get up…
