Or would it be filled with malware. If I torrent an OS onto a USB, make it bootable, then put it into a PC that doesn't have an OS yet, would the PC turn on with windows preloaded with viruses?

I am running a pirated version of 8.1 and the only reason I can do that is because microsoft had a media-center serial upgrade giveaway and I snagged one and threw it in...can't do that now either...
