Would Radeon Pro WX 3100 4GB (single slot) and XFX Radeon RX 550 4GB (single slot) offer the same desktop performance?

I’m setting up a web design and dev test lab with Linux KVM and hardware pass through.
The m/b will be Asrock Fatal1ty X399 Professional Gaming.
In the x4 slot : MSI GeForce GT 1030 2G LP OC for the hypervisor.
In each of the four x16 slots : XFX Radeon RX 550 4GB or AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 4GB (for Linux, Windows 10, MAC OS X and Android-x86).
I hate the red colour on the XFX cards, so I was thinking of getting the WX 3100 cards because they are blue and based on the same RX 550.

Would Radeon Pro WX 3100 4GB (single slot) and XFX Radeon RX 550 4GB (single slot) offer the same desktop performance ?
Meaning desktop UI acceleration, webpage rendering, 2D and 3D CSS acceleration, WebGL.

Yes, within margin of error for the workloads you specified.

The WX 3100 is faster for certain programs, like cad and modeling and stuff. But for desktop they are the same.
