Worth It to Get a 650 Ti Boost?

Is it really worth the extra $50 to get a Gigabyte 650 Ti Boost? It has a 198-bit interface with a 2GB Framebuffer, better than the 650 Ti I was going to get. Will this bottleneck my '09 Athlon 630? Thanks for any responses.

 

EDIT: Oh, and I'll be mainly playing Nvidia optimized games such as Borderlands 1 and 2.
