Worth an upgrade?

So I have a pretty ok system that I bought a few months back.  It's nothing special but I was wondering if its at all worth upgrading my GPU in anyone's opinion.

Here's what I've got, or you can check my profile, since I have a detailed list of it there as well.

I don't have much to spend if I do upgrade this, so I was thinking of keeping it relatively cheap and going with either a 7850/7870 or something in that range.

Let me know if you think it's worth it or if I would be better off just waiting it out another year or so and building a totally new rig from the ground up (which I will be doing eventually either way).

A 7870 would be a massive upgrade from the card you currently have, literally has over double the shader processing units. But to uses either the 7850 or 7870 you will need a much better PSU, judging that one only has a 300, where with the 78xx you need atleast a 500 watt unit or 550 watt to be safer. As of the 78XX cards i recommend HIS turbo editions, Sapphire vapor editions, or Asus Direct C II editions. Hope this helps ya man! Feel free to ask anything else!
