Hey guys I am creating a wordpress ecommerce site(this is not a hobby I have picked up but a university assignment) 1 of the things that we are required to do upon creating the site is to add loyalty points. For example each time you purchase something you are rewarded with X number of points. My problem is I cannot find a plugin to do so other than 1 paid 1 from woocommerce site.
Is anyone aware of a way to do this without emptying my wallet? (my lecturers have proven to be useless in the past and I have lost faith in them, since the only help they will offer is tell you "have you googled it?" and also insist that the module does not require us to spend any money)

I'm not sure of anything off the top of my head. If you are doing eCommerce you gotta be ready to spend money. Sell off some old consoles on ebay... sell random stuff and pay for something. The quality is usually better. Also, this is what I prefer for themes and such: http://themeforest.net/

ok first off:p I have built this pc last year not 1 blue screen till I clicked your link. I am grateful for all the responses earned on this topic, but as I said they clearly mentioned everything can be done free, and I am kinda set back on cash due to my second SSD purchase about 5 days ago:p the site you sent looks interesting but it seems to be themes. Forgive me for being a noob but would themes have plugins directly associated to them?(eg the 1 I am looking for)
