Wordlist Gen Advanced

I am currently testing some manufacture modems default wpa keys. and i am not so good at wordlist gen, i found the solution in crunch a while back but i cannot seem to remember the command.

What i need is to generate a wordlist in this format "1234A1234B" so 10 characters - first 4 are numbers - then a cap letter - then 4 numbers- then cap letter.

how would i set these params??
