So when ever I sign into my account it says preparing windows where it is supposed to say welcome and it signs into a different profile saying I have no way to access my files and everything that I download while on it will be deleted but I only have one account and I have tried signing out and signing in again and restarting but it puts be in a temporary profile it calls it.Also in running windows 8 pro 64-bit.
Never mind I found this problem is caused by corrupted windows files so you have to re install Windows.
Don't re-install. Try an online repair first. Open a command prompt as administrator. Type or cut and paste the following command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. Let the repair fix the system files. I will take a few minutes. That should fix without loosing data.
After the scan is done then reboot. Open another admin command prompt and type in sfc/scannow. The scan should detect no corrupted files. Actually you could try this scan first to make sure corruption is the problem.
I don't know what is up with 8 and corrupted files but too many people have this problem. Windows needs to fix this.
