Windows server RT 2012

ok i have run a new install to try it out (randomly) on a second hand server. all installed fine but then when it comes to
"type a password for the built-in administrator account that you can use to sign in to this computer."

i keep getting the notification that it doesnt meet complexity requirements set by the admin for my network...now i do know, and have tried the standard complexity reqirements set out

like numeral capital lower case symbols etc etc have tried short and long passwords havnt had any luck yet....

does anyone have any hints as to where i should be looking?

might try and repair boot and cmd it? no clue if that works....

If you're still having issues, check the local computer policy:
Start / Run
gpedit.msc

couldnt even log into computer it was the first thing u had to do once OS was installed... would of had to do via repair.... got it to work after about 40 different password iterations.....
i now have a 24 key password with everything in it....
so prob solved lolbeen doing this for two days... just my luck..

You needed i think the default is 7 or 8 characters long a capital, a lower case and a number.

yea tried all that no luck... random... i tired a heaps of combos eventually worked with capitals, upper and lower case, and symbols but had to also be 24 characters long lol

i know.................
