Windows AMD GPU issue in Graphics Settings (OBS)

Hi

I want to use my second AMD GPU with OBS but the Windows Start Menu=> Settings=> System=> Graphics doesn’t show the 2nd GPU.
Most recent AMD drivers installed and OBS even sees the GPU as well as the Device Mananger.

Anybody knows how to solve that problem?
