Hello i need help i just built my first pc a few days ago and im getting system interrupts. Its nothing major. It is not using alot of my cpu like even heard it does for others. I have looked online alot and cant seem to fix it. I have downloaded latancymon and it says the problems are hal.dll and ataport.sys. is latencymon a good way to find out whats wrong if you know any sites that have good tutorial please let me know
